    梁宝寺选煤厂粗煤泥系统改造及应用研究

    Technical transformation and application of the coarse slime treatment system at Liangbaosi Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决粗煤泥分选效果差,粗精煤泥产率低的问题,梁宝寺煤选煤厂基于对粗煤泥系统存在问题分析,对现有粗煤泥系统进行了技术改造,采用补水稀释干扰床分选机入料,并引进三质体高频振动筛代替现有的振动弧形筛。改造结果表明:筛上粗精煤泥灰分由13.39%降至8.32%,粗精煤泥产率提高到5.1%,有效解决了重介系统“背灰”等问题,提高了选煤厂经济效益。

       

      Abstract: The coarse slime treatment system currently used at Liangbaosi Plant operating with the problems of being low in separation efficiency and yield of clean product. Based on analysis of the problems encountered, work is made on technical transformation of the system. The work made includes, among others, dilution of the feed of TBS separation with make-up water and introduction of the 3-mass high-frequency vibrating screen to replace the vibrating mesh sieve bend. Through the technical transformation, the cleaned coarse slime product can see a sharp reduction of ash from 13.39% to 8.32% and an increase of its yield by a margin of 5.1%, and there is no need for the heavy-medium separation system to reduce the ash of its clean coal more than necessary, yielding as a result a favorable economic result for the plant.
