Abstract:
For extending service life and reducing failure rate of coal washing equipment, the scheme of realizing intelligent, accurate and reliable lubrication of washing equipment is proposed. Based on analysis of the key factors affecting the equipment lubrication process, a creative intelligent multi-point online lubrication system is developed. The system works with PLC, bus and single chip microcomputer-based distributed control technologies and is capable of performing closed-loop control of point-by-point lubrication and real-time point-by-point blockage detection and alarm functions. Field application of the system over one year has led to not only upgrading of equipment system but also decreased operating costs and energy consumption because of effective lubrication of equipment, reduction of consumption of grease and labor costs, and higher reliability and efficiency of operation of equipment.
