    选煤设备智能润滑系统的研究应用

    Study and application of the intelligent coal washing equipment lubrication system

    • 摘要: 为了提高选煤设备使用寿命,降低设备故障率,高庄选煤厂提出“智能润滑、精确润滑、可靠润滑”的方案,对影响设备润滑过程的关键控制因素进行分析研究,创造性地提出构建多点在线智能润滑系统,采用PLC技术、总线技术和基于单片机的分布式控制技术,实现逐点润滑给油闭环控制和逐点堵塞实时检测报警。一年的生产实践表明,智能润滑系统实现了设备的有效润滑,减少了油脂消耗和人工成本,提高了设备运转的稳定性和高效性,不仅实现了设备系统升级,而且达到了节支降耗的目的。

       

      Abstract: For extending service life and reducing failure rate of coal washing equipment, the scheme of realizing intelligent, accurate and reliable lubrication of washing equipment is proposed. Based on analysis of the key factors affecting the equipment lubrication process, a creative intelligent multi-point online lubrication system is developed. The system works with PLC, bus and single chip microcomputer-based distributed control technologies and is capable of performing closed-loop control of point-by-point lubrication and real-time point-by-point blockage detection and alarm functions. Field application of the system over one year has led to not only upgrading of equipment system but also decreased operating costs and energy consumption because of effective lubrication of equipment, reduction of consumption of grease and labor costs, and higher reliability and efficiency of operation of equipment.
