    • 摘要: 为满足重介质旋流器智能化升级与使用寿命进一步提升的需求,以重介质旋流器运行方式与损伤机理为切入点,对重介质旋流器损伤动态监测与诊断系统进行了初步设计,提出了该动态监测与诊断系统的概念和构建方法,并对各种损伤状况下振动信号的特点进行了研究,以期实现实时监测旋流器设备整体运行状况,并能够在损伤征兆出现的第一时间进行报警反馈,从而大大降低设备损伤带来的经济损失与日常维护成本。重介质旋流器动态监测诊断系统是旋流器智能化升级的重要组成部分,对未来智能化选煤厂设备监测与反馈环节的建设具有重要参考意义。

       

      Abstract: In order to enhance the intelligent level and further extend the service life of heavy medium cyclone, a cyclone damage dynamic monitoring and diagnosis system is preliminarily designed and the conception of the system and it's structural design method are proposed, based on analysis of the operating mode of the cyclone and the mechanisms of its different types of damage. The characteristics of the vibration signal under different damage conditions are investigated, so as to make it possible to realize realize real-time monitoring of cyclone's overall running status, promptly send feedback at the time when alarm of any sign of damage is issued, and greatly reduce economic loss and routine maintenance expenses incurred by damage of cyclone. The dynamic monitoring and diagnosis system plays an important part in intelligent upgrading of heavy medium cyclone. The study made in the paper may provide a valuable reference for the development of the equipment monitoring and signal feedback systems in intelligent coal preparation plant int the future.
