    低阶煤煤泥浮选技术研究现状

    Current status of the research work on low-rank coal flotation technology

    • 摘要: 浮选是根据颗粒表面性质的差异将不同矿物颗粒分离的方法,是选煤厂细粒煤泥处理的重要方法。文章综述了低阶煤煤泥浮选技术研究现状,包括浮选前预处理阶段的细泥夹带、罩盖问题研究和超声波预处理,煤泥表面改质方面的研究以及浮选药剂的研究,并介绍了目前煤泥浮选用到的主流浮选设备的研究现状,最后对煤泥浮选相关技术及设备的发展趋势进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Froth flotation is a process for separation of different mineral particles by taking advantage of their difference in surface property, and is an important means for separation of fine slime. The paper presents an introduction to the present status of the research work on the low-rank coal flotation process, low-rank coal surface property modification, flotation agents, the way to eliminate the fine slime entrainment and covering problems encountered at the preprocessing stage ahead of flotation process, the ultrasonic pulp preconditioning method, and the main-stream coal slime flotation equipment currently available. Finally, the author looks ahead to the trend of development of relevant technologies and equipment.
