    Study on brittleness of heat-treated tooth ring of mine toothed-roll crusher

    • 摘要: 针对当前国产齿辊破碎机齿环制造开裂问题,在不改变破碎机齿环整体硬度和韧性的前提下,基于中碳合金钢热处理第一类回火脆性特征,通过调整材质元素含量区间和重复试验,找到最合理的铸件淬火温度和低温回火温度,从而解决整个制造过程中局部开裂缺陷,降低制造成本,提升齿环整体可靠性。

       

      Abstract: The tooth rings of the mine toothed-roll crusher currently produced by domestic manufactures are observed to have cracking problems in their manufacturing process. To address this issue, a study is made on brittleness of the heat-treated tooth ring. Under the prerequisite of allowing the overall hardness and toughness of the ring to remain unchanged, it is proposed to adjust the ranges of contents of elements while retaining the tempering brittleness features of the first-type heat-treated medium carbon alloy steel, and determine the optimal quenching temperature and low-temperature tempering temperature of the casting, through repeated experiments, so as to eliminate the cracking defects the ring in its manufacturing process, reduce its production and improve it's overall working stability.
