    Model research on main process parameters of heavy medium cyclone

    • 摘要: 通过试验研究分析各工艺参数对分选密度的影响,利用SPSS软件进行回归分析,建立实际分选密度与各工艺参数的关系模型、精煤产品结构与分选密度的关系模型,以实现根据产品结构要求确定最佳的分选工艺参数。研究结果表明:一段旋流器实际分选密度与合格介质密度呈正相关,与磁性物含量呈负相关;精煤产率与分选密度呈正相关,与原煤灰分呈负相关;精煤灰分与分选密度呈正相关。

       

      Abstract: with an aim to determine the heavy medium cyclone's optimum separation parameters according to the requirements on structure of coal product, the following two models are developed based on results of test and analysis of the effect on separation density produced by various working parameters of the cyclone, and through regression analysis using the statistic of products and service solution(SPSS) software:the relational mode of actual separation density with various working parameters, and the relational model of separation density with product structure. As revealed by study results, the actual separation density of the first stage of the cyclone is positively correlated with the density of qualified medium and negatively correlated with the content of magnetics; the yield of clean coal is correlated positively with separation density and negatively with raw coal ash; and the ash of clean coal assumes a positive correlation with the separation density.
