    提高离心机出口保护环使用寿命的研究

    Study of the technology for extending service life of the dewatering centrifuge's outlet protection ring

    • 摘要: 为了提高离心机出口保护环使用寿命,基于出口保护环的磨损机理分析,介绍了出口保护环损坏的判断方法和磨损的主要因素,并对比了QT600耐磨铸铁、QT600耐磨铸铁+耐磨涂层和Q235钢板+加厚耐磨陶瓷三种材质的出口保护环的使用寿命。结果表明:离心机出口保护环磨损主要是物料冲击磨损造成的,损坏主要部位为出口保护环弧段;Q235钢板+加厚耐磨陶瓷的使用寿命是QT600耐磨铸铁的2倍以上。选取适宜耐磨材料可提高出口保护环的使用寿命。

       

      Abstract: In order to allow the protection ring of the outlet of a dewatering centrifuge to work with a longer service life, an analysis is made of abrasion mechanism for the protection ring. Following an introduction to the methods for identifying the damage and the principal abrasion factors of its outlet protection ring, the paper makes a comparison of service life of the outlet protection ring using QT600 wear-resistant cast iron, QT600 wear-resistant cast iron+wear-resistant coating and Q235 steel plate clad with wear-resistant ceramics. Study results show that the wear of the ring is mainly attributed to impact abrasion of material and the arc section of the ring is the main worn-out point, as well as the service life of the Q235 steel plate clad with wear-resistant ceramics is more than double that of QT600. the use of appropriate wear-resistant material can help extend the service life of the ring.
