    A study of the process equipment management in coal preparation machinery enterprises

    • 摘要: 针对选煤机械企业工艺装备管理大多停留在人工管理阶段,存在信息分散储存、数据文档无法及时有效共享和协同等问题,结合企业产品生命周期管理(PLM)系统,提出一种适用的工艺装备管理方案。该方案可将工艺装备设计、材料清单(BOM)管理和变更管理纳入系统进行统一管理,从而实现企业工艺装备过程管理的标准化、透明化和高效化。工艺装备管理方案可以有效保障工艺装备数据的一致性、完整性和可追溯性,有助于提高企业的生产效率和产品质量,增强企业的市场竞争力。

       

      Abstract: Owing to the fact that as yet the mode of the management of process equipment applied in coal preparation machinery enterprises still remains mostly at the artificial stage, the problems faced by such enterprises involve the possibility of making only scatter storage of information and the inability to realize timely and effective data sharing and coordination. To tackle these problems, an appropriate process equipment management scheme is developed based on the successful practice of the produce lifecycle management(PLM) mode. With the application of this management scheme, it is made possible to exercise unified management of equipment design, bill of materials(BOM) and modifications, allow the process equipment management to be made in a standardized, transparent and high-efficiency manner, ensure the consistency, integrity and traceability of data, help improve production efficiency and product quality, and enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprises.
