    高庄洗煤厂浮选质量管控体系应用研究

    Study on application of flotation quality control system at Gaozhuang Coal Preparation PLant

    • 摘要: 为了提高浮选精煤产率,高庄洗煤厂应用MES质量追溯管理模式,系统性地排查解决影响煤泥浮选作业的关键控制因素,通过构建的MES浮选精优管控体系,采取加强人员培训、精准操作流程、精益技术管理、优化考核机制、完善风险管控等管理方法,实施动态监控和责任追责方法,实现高效质量管理。通过一年的实践,大大提高了浮选指标的稳定性和生产的高效性,实现了精煤产率与合格率的双提升。

       

      Abstract: In order to obtain a higher yield of concentrate in flotation of fine coal slime, a highly efficient flotation quality management mode is developed by Gaozhuang Coal Preparation Plant by taking the following measures:systematic search and elimination of the key control factors affecting the slime flotation operation by applying the MES-based back-tracing management mode; building of the MES flotation quality fine management and control system; adoption of the measures for intensifying personnel training, ensuring accurate operating procedures, improving technical management, optimizing assessment mechanism and improving risks control management; and implementation of the methods for making dynamic monitoring and investigation of responsibilities. With the practice of the management mode over the past year, the flotation system has been seen to be able to operate more efficiently with highly stable flotation indices, thus leading to rise of both yield and qualified rate of flotation concentrate product.
