    商品煤采制化系统改造实践

    Practice on transformation of the artificial commercial coal sampling and preparation system

    • 摘要: 精准的商品煤检验结果是煤炭高值化利用的重要环节之一。针对商品煤检验水平低,检验结果滞后,精确性差等问题,石拉乌素煤矿通过规划设计一号采样间(地销)、二号采样间(火车),并在人工制样室增加弃料返排系统,对商品煤采制化系统进行了改造。通过改造,成功实现了煤样转运无人化,优化了商品煤采制化管理流程,还可避免造成环境污染。此次改造明显提升了石拉乌素矿井选煤厂采制化管理水平,为智能化矿井建设奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: Accurate commercial coal quality inspection is one of vital links in high-valve utilization of coal. As the artificial coal quality inspection system in current use at Shilawusu Mine Coal Preparation Plant is low in intelligent level and accuracy, and there is delay in producing the analysis result, the following work is made on intelligent transformation of the system:redesigning of the No.1 coal sampling shop(coal for local sales) and the No.2 coal sampling shop(coal for out-loading by train), and addition of a left-over coal return system. Practice shows the use of the system makes it possible to realize successful unmanned transfer of coal samples, optimization of coal sampling and samplings preparation system, and elimination of environmental pollution, improving, as a result, the commercial coal sampling and preparation management level. The study result may serve as a bose for the development of intelligent coal mines.
