    基于B/S架构的选煤厂智能综合管控系统设计

    Design of coal preparation plant intelligent control system based on B/S architecture

    • 摘要: 选煤厂智能化建设是煤炭企业高质量发展的重要环节之一。为促进新一代信息技术在选煤生产管理过程中的深入融合,改善因选煤工艺系统复杂、各系统数据相对分散、分析评价功能缺少造成的各系统相关数据处理难度大和系统安全等问题,提升传统选煤厂选煤质量和选煤效率,基于B/S架构,并结合张家峁选煤厂综合管控需求和业务流程,将选煤生产涉及的各工艺系统进行数据关联与深度融合,设计开发了相关功能模块和系统架构,实现了控制指令通过浏览器页面下发、数据分析、报告管理、综合查询等多类功能。运行结果表明:该系统具备多端支持、组态灵活、协议支持广泛和可视化高效展示等特点,其性能和可扩展性等方面完全实现了传统选煤厂监测监控智能化升级预期目标,全面提升了选煤厂的生产过程管控能力。

       

      Abstract: Intelligent construction of coal preparation plants constitutes one of the vital links for the high-quality development of the coal enterprise. In order to improve the coal washing efficiency and product quality of an traditional coal preparation plant, it is required to get the new-generation information technology fully integrated in its coal washing operation management process. However, due to complexity of washing systems, relative scattering of system data and lack of analysis and evaluation functions, the relevant data of systems is rendered difficult to process and there exist operation safety-related problems. To tackle the problems, the B/S architecture-based system architecture with relevant functional modules is developed at Zhangjiamao Coal Preparation Plant through linking-up and deep integration of various systems, and in line with the plant's specific control requirements and operation processes. The control system developed can perform multiple functions. Such as sending of control instructions through browser pages, analysis of data, management of reports, comprehensive inquiry, etc. Practice shows the system offers the special merits of having multiple supportings, flexible configuration, extensive protocol support and visualized high-efficiency presentation functions. The use of system has led to overall enhancement of the control capability of the plant and made it possible for the traditional plant to achieve the anticipated goal of making intelligent upgrading of its control and monitoring system thanks to the remarkable performance and expandability of the control system.
