    数字孪生技术在选煤厂的研究与应用

    Study and application of digital twinning technology at coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 为实现选煤厂精细化管理,提高生产效率和质量,降低生产成本和风险,李楼选煤厂采用数字孪生技术,利用三维建模,并结合现场各种传感器、运行的历史数据等,集成多学科、多物理量、多概述的仿真过程,在虚拟空间完成映射,从而反映选煤厂实际生产的全过程。生产实践表明:数字孪生技术在选煤厂的应用主要体现在生产过程三维实时监控、三维模型实景漫游、工艺流程的模拟运行、人员定位的实时展示等。数字孪生技术的应用,提高了选煤厂车间的运营管理效率,实现了企业的智能化与精细化管理。

       

      Abstract: For enabling Lilou Coal Preparation Plant to realize fine management, improve production efficiency and product quality and reduce operating cost and risk, a multi-disciplinary, multiple physical quantities and multi-description integrated simulation process is developed at Lilou Plant through the use of digital twinning technology, 3-demensional modeling coupled with various on-site sensors and historical data recorded in operation. It is made possible through the process to carry out mapping in virtual space and thus reflect the actual operation process of the whole plant. The digital twinning technology is mainly applied for realizing 3D real-time monitoring, 3D model real-scene viewing, simulation of flowsheet of coal washing process and real-time personnel positioning. The use of the technology has led to improvement of management of operations in shops and makes it possible to realize intelligent and fine management of whole plant.
