    煤岩显微组分分选研究进展

    Recent advances in research on separation of maceral components of coal

    • 摘要: “双碳”战略要求下,煤岩显微组分分选是提高煤炭清洁高效利用效能的重要基础。详细介绍了煤岩显微组分,包括镜质组、惰质组、壳质组各自的性质特点,通过煤岩组分性质的研究,能够更清楚地分辨不同煤岩显微组分之间的差异,为煤岩显微组分的分离提供理论基础;提出了手选法、筛分分选法、重力法、摩擦电选法、浮选法等分选方法,其中重力法包括离心法、重液旋流器等。煤岩充分解离是其分选的前提,由于煤岩组分形态及分布的复杂性,部分分离技术离工业化应用还有一段距离,也是未来研究的方向。

       

      Abstract: Given the strategic demand for achieving the carbon peaking and neutrality goals, to get the maceral components efficiently separated is an effective approach for realizing clean, high-efficiency and comprehensive utilization of coal. The paper presents a detailed introduction to the properties and characteristics of maceral components, including vitrinite, inertinite and liptinite. Through study of the properties of group maceral, the difference between the different components is brought to light, which provides a theoretical basis for their separation. It is proposed to separate maceral components using handpicking, screening, gravitational(centrifugal, heavy liquid cyclone), triboelectric and flotation methods. Adequate liberation of the components is an precondition for their effective separation. Because of the complexity of these components in form and distribution, some of the above-mentioned separation methods need to go some way before they can commercialized, and wait for further study in the future.
