    物料性质对弛张筛筛分效率影响的研究

    Study of influence of coal property on screening efficiency of flip-flop screen

    • 摘要: 为了研究物料性质变化对弛张筛筛分效率的影响,通过调节样品的外在水分和细颗粒含量,分析了物料性质变化对弛张筛筛分效率、限上率、限下率的影响。结果表明:将物料外在水分控制在7%左右时,弛张筛筛分效率达到75%;细粒物料含量为50%时,筛分效率最高可达90%,表明弛张筛对难筛分物料的处理能力较强。通过研究物料性质对筛分效率的影响,可为选煤厂改进潮湿细粒物料的处理工艺、弛张筛筛孔尺寸和筛板开孔率等参数的设计提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The influence of variation of property of feed coal on flip-flop screen′s screening efficiency, and both oversize and undersize fraction is investigated by varying surface moisture and content of fine material of feed coal. Study result shows when the surface moisture is controlled at around 7%, the screening efficiency reaches 75% which can go up to 90% with the proportion of fine material being at 50%, demonstrating the high capacity of the screen in treating difficult-to-screen coal. The study may serve as a reference for coal preparation plants to improve wet fine coal treatment process and make design and selection of such parameters as size of opening and percentage open area of screenplate of flip-flop screen.
