    选煤厂合格介质泵及其配套设备选型探讨

    Selections of correct medium pump and its associated equipment for coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 为了验证选煤厂合格介质泵及其配套设备参数是否匹配,通过对三座选煤厂合格介质泵、配套电动机及变频器选型进行理论计算,并根据实际生产数据进行了校核。结果表明:部分选煤厂在合格介质泵及其配套设备存在参数选型偏大问题,并根据理论计算及与实际数据校核给出了最优的选型建议,可供后续类似项目设计选型参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to verify the matching of the parameters of correct medium pump selected for use at a coal preparation with those of its associated equipment, theoretical calculations are made of the correct medium pumps and associated motors and frequency converters selected for use at 3 coal preparation plants, and the calculated results are then checked and corrected according to the data actually obtained in operation. Practice shows that in selection of the parameters of the pump and its associated equipment at some plants, relatively larger margins are allowed. For addressing this issue, the optimum approaches derived based on theoretical calculations and checking against actually obtained data are proposed for making appropriate selections in this respect, which may serve as a reference for other plants to make similar selections.
