    SSC1200分级破碎机齿辊的优化改造实践

    Optimization of the toothed roll of the SSC1200 sizing crusher

    • 摘要: 分级破碎机的齿辊结构是影响破碎性能的关键因素。为提升新疆昌泰达石灰石厂初期调整辊距后破碎机出料长条物料多、出料粒级分散等问题,在分析破碎机齿辊原有结构基础上,以低成本谋求高目标,提出相应优化方案:调整双齿辊其中一个齿辊的齿板排序,将原来的两齿辊“V”型内旋排序,改为齿型平行的内旋排序;对齿辊齿板进行优化,在齿前增设破碎小齿,减小齿前空间的同时也参与对石灰石的破碎;通过在侧梳齿板上焊接挡料板减小侧梳齿和破碎齿辊的间隙。改造方案实施后,出料中>80 mm粒级物料基本消失,成品率由之前的67%提升到了78%。通过对分级破碎机的齿辊进行优化改造,不仅提高了设备的破碎性能,而且可为开发同系列破碎机提供一定数据支撑。

       

      Abstract: The structure of the toothed-roll of a sizing crusher is key influential factor of the crusher′s working performance. The crusher working at a limestone quarry Xinjiang Uyur Autonomous Region was found to have the trouble that the crushed product was not up to the standard in size. To deal with this situation, the clearance between rolls was adjusted in the early stage, but the product was mostly in a bar shape with an irregular size. Through analysis of the structure of the roll, a cost-effective optimization scheme is proposed as follows: readjusting the arrangement order of the toothed plates of one of the rolls and changing the internal rotation of two rollers from a V form to a parallel form. Optimizing the roll and toothed plate by adding small teeth in front of the crushing teeth to narrow the space in front of the crushing teeth and allow the small teeth to play the crushing role; welding the retaining plates onto the side dispersal toothed plates to reduce the clearance between the toothed plate and the crushing roll. Trough optimization, the >80 mm large pieces in the crushed product is seen to be basically eliminated, with the rate of the product in qualified size being greatly increased from formerly 67% to 78%. The optimization work made has led to significant improvement of the performance of the crusher and provides a certain data support for the improvement or development of the same series crusher.
