    新窑选煤厂降低介质消耗的探索与实践

    Exploration and practice of reducing medium consumption in Xinyao Coal preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为降低介质消耗,新窑选煤厂对生产系统进行了梳理,并针对块煤与末煤共用重介质回收系统、原煤筛分环节效率低、精煤磁选机入料不稳定、选煤厂生产管理和设备维护不到位等介耗高的主因,进行了相应技改及管理提升:取消合格介质桶共用,末精煤、末矸石脱介弧形筛筛下的合格介质直接回到混料桶;18 mm原煤筛分环节由干法改造成湿法;脱介筛稀介段增加补水,降低磁选机给矿浓度,调整尾矿槽内节流板,清理入料箱及滚筒下回收通道,保证磁选机工况;加强磁铁矿粉采购验收管理、喷水管理、脱介筛及筛板管理、“跑、冒、滴、漏”管理。通过采取上述措施,吨原煤介质消耗由1.91 kg降低至0.73 kg,效果显著。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce medium consumption, work is made by Xinyao Plant on a thorough check-up of the coal washing systems. It is revealed that the high medium consumption is mainly attributed to a medium recovery system in common use by coarse and small coal, low efficiency of raw coal screening process, instability of feed to clean coal magnetic separator, and inadequacy in production management and equipment maintenance work. To tackle these problems, targeted technical transformation and management upgrading work are made in the following aspects: cancellation of the commonly used medium recovery system, letting the correct medium beneath the clean small coal and refuse medium draining sieve bends flow directly back to mixing tank; switching the dry process for sizing raw coal at 18 mm to a wet one, increase of make-up water to dilute-medium section of medium draining screen, decrease of magnetic separator′s feed concentration, making timely adjustment of throttle damper in magnetic separator′s medium tank, cleaning magnetic separator′s feed tank and medium recovery channels beneath separator′s drum to create for the separator an overall favorable working condition, stricter control of acceptance of purchased magnetite power, strengthening of management of medium draining screen′s water spray and screenplate, as well as the phenomena of escape, oozing dripping and leaking of medium from washing system. With the implementation of the measures as described above, a tangible result has been obtained, making it possible for the consumption of medium to reduce from 1.91 kg to 0.73 kg for treating each ton of raw coal.
