    基于多通道数据耦合技术的智能机器人系统在煤矸分选中的研究与应用

    Study and application of the multi-channel data coupling technology-based intelligent robot system in separation of waste

    • 摘要: 针对原煤车间苦、脏、累、险的人工拣选工作,付村煤业有限公司选煤厂采用非放射性煤矸识别技术,设计开发了集物料识别系统、执行系统、控制系统以及管理系统为一体的智能煤矸分选系统,实现矸石及煤的自动识别、自动分拣、自动煤矸分流处理。生产实践表明:该系统使煤矸分选工艺环节从落后的人工控制方式转变为高效稳定的智能控制方式,煤矸分选效率≥98%。系统运行稳定可靠,提高了选煤厂自动化、智能化程度。

       

      Abstract: Handpicking of waste in raw coal pretreatment shop is a kind of hard, labor-intensive and dangerous work. To solve this problem, an intelligent waste sorting-out system that integrate the waste identification, actuating control and management systems is developed by Fucun Coal Company using the non-radioactive waste identification technology. The system can carry out automatic identification of coal and waste, automatic sorting-out of waste and automatic splitting of flow of coal and waste. Practice shows that through switching the backward handpicking mode to a mode that can work in an intelligent highly efficient and stable manner, the waste removal efficiency is ≥98%, enabling therefore the enhancement of the automation and intelligentization level of the coal preparation plant.
