    韩家村选煤厂压滤系统智能化改造实践

    The press filtration system of Hanjiacun Coal Preparation Plant turned to an intelligent one through technical transformation

    • 摘要: 为了实现选煤厂煤泥压滤系统智能控制,韩家村选煤厂对压滤机控制系统组网、各台压滤机控制信息采集、各项参数检测、自动进料、滤布自动清理、排队卸料等进行智能化改造。改造后,压滤机根据入料流量、浓度及各台压滤机现状,实现自主判断进料、压滤机群智能排队卸料、协同作业、移动监控等。压滤系统智能化改造解决了以往生产依赖人工经验操作、滤布粘料、设备单机化操作等问题,降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率和安全水平。

       

      Abstract: For realizing intelligent control of the press filtration system of Hanjiacun Coal Preparation Plant, work is made on transformation of the existing filtration system to realize networking of control systems of filter presses, intelligent collection of control information and detection of various parameters of each filter press, automatic feeding, filter cloth cleaning and queued discharge operations. After the transformation, the filter press can each determine independently the feed rate according to flowrate, concentration and working state of each press, and the grouped presses can carry out intelligent queuing for discharge, coordinated operation and mobile monitoring functions. With the use of the intelligentized system, manual operation and reliance on experiences of operators are not required, and its use can lead to elimination of the trouble caused by sticking of material onto filter cloth, lessening of labor intensity, and improvement of production efficiency and safety level in operation.
