    基于煤泥水沉降过程的智能加药系统研究与应用

    • 摘要: 煤泥水处理环节是选煤厂生产过程中的关键环节。针对生产过程中浓缩系统细泥含量大、煤泥性质不稳定、药剂调整滞后造成的溢流水质量不稳定、药剂消耗量大等问题,布尔台选煤厂对煤泥水加药系统进行升级改造,通过安装煤泥水双监测装置与在线泥层界面检测仪,建立了煤泥浓缩在线监控系统。改造后,布尔台选煤厂聚合氯化铝(PAC)消耗量降低了2.27 g/t,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)消耗量降低了0.78 g/t,浓缩效率提高了0.77%。同时减轻了现场人员劳动强度、实现了煤泥水系统的良性循环,为选煤厂智能化建设奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: Coal slurry water treatment process is a crucial link in coal washing operations. The problems facing Buertai Coal Preparation Plant are high proportion of fine slime in thickening system, instability of property coal slime, inconsistency of quality of overflow of thickener due to delay in making adjustment with agent, and high consumption of agent. Through upgrading of the plant′s existing agent dosing system with the use of a slurry water double-monitoring system and an online slime-water interface detector, an online slurry water thickening monitoring and control system is developed. The upgrading work has led to reductions of consumption of aluminium polycholoride(PAD) and polyacrylamide(PAM) by respectively 0.78 g/t and 2.27 g/t, a rise of thickening efficiency by 0.77%, ease of labor intensity and realization of a benign slurry water circulation system, laying a foundation for the intelligent development of the plant.
