    综合自动化系统在格里坪选煤厂的应用

    Application of the integrated automation system at Geliping Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了推进选煤厂智能化的发展进程,响应国家对能源企业的智能化建设要求,进而提升企业核心竞争力和创新能力,格里坪选煤厂根据自身工艺及生产控制现状,经过调研、分析和论证,采用综合自动化系统对生产控制系统进行升级改造。生产实践表明:综合自动化系统的成功应用真正实现了日常生产无人干预,全厂实现由岗位工区域巡视操作到全厂集中控制操作功能的转变;提高了精煤产率,稳定了产品质量,降低了事故发生率,缩短了事故检修时间,为企业带来了良好的社会效益和经济效益。

       

      Abstract: In order to step up the intelligent development process of the coal preparation plant, and respond to the national call for energy enterprises to make intelligent construction for enhancing their core competitiveness and innovation capabilities, the control system of washing processes in current use at Geliping Plant is switched to an integrated automation system through upgrading, based on results of investigation, analysis and demonstration, and the present state of the washing and control systems in current operation. Field application of the integrated system shows that the successful use of the system has made it possible for the plant to fully realize intervention-free routine production operations and shift the post-area operation mode to a mode that puts all-plant operations under centralized control; and its use has led to rise of yield of clean coal, consistency of product quality, reduction of accident rate and cut of equipment accident breakdown repair time, bringing for the plant favorable social and economic benefits.
