    高效节能重介质旋流器选煤成套技术发展历程及展望

    Development process and future outlook of the high efficiency energy-efficient packaged heavy medium cyclone coal separation technologies

    • 摘要: 简要回顾了重介质旋流器选煤技术在我国的发展和取得的重大突破,并重点阐述了高效节能重介质旋流器选煤成套技术即“国华科技选煤工艺包”的发展历程,以为选煤厂提质增效、节能降耗提供借鉴。同时,为重介质旋流器分选技术发展给出了相关建议。

       

      Abstract: The paper presents a general review of the course of development of the heavy medium cyclone coal preparation technologies in China and the major breakthroughs made in these technologies, with the focus particularly placed on the development process of the highly efficient and energy-efficient packaged technologies in this respect, namely, the Guohua Technology Company′s Packaged Coal Preparation Technology, for providing a reference for coal preparation plants to improve coal washing efficiency, upgrade clean products and reduce energy consumption. Lastly, the suggestions on expansion of the use of this technology in coal preparation plants are put forward.
