    “双碳”目标下化工原料煤分选加工方案建议

    Proposal on schemes for cleaning the coal for chemical use under the strategic goals of achieving carbon peaking and neutrality

    • 摘要: 为助力实现“双碳”战略目标,结合我国煤炭消费和能源结构变化趋势,系统分析阐述了现代煤化工发展的必要性,并基于化工原料煤的质量要求,提出了化工原料煤分选加工的方案建议:低灰煤优先采用筛选,中高灰分煤优先采用干法分选,难选中高灰分煤干法分选无法满足要求的,应按可选性选用高效湿法选煤工艺设备;生产加工化工原料煤应重点关注产品粒度、灰分,严控产品水分,禁止掺入煤泥;生产非冶金用煤企业,应积极论证生产化工原料煤的可行性。这些分选加工的方案建议可进一步帮助拓宽化工原料煤的供应渠道,有助于进一步发挥煤炭资源优势和煤化工制品固碳特性,降低油、气进口依赖度;同时也有利于提高煤炭行业整体原煤入选比例,促进煤炭清洁高效利用。

       

      Abstract: In order to help reach the strategic goals of achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, given the change of the trend in both coal consumption and energy structure in China, following a systematic analysis of the necessity of developing the modern chemical industry, the following chemical coal preparation and processing schemes are proposed according to the requirements on the quality of the coal: for the low-ash coal and medium and high-ash coal, priorities should be given to the use of screening and dry cleaning processes, respectively; for the difficult-to-clean low and high-ash coal, the wet washing process can be used according to the washability of the coal when the use of dry cleaning process proves to be difficult to yield the expected result; in production of the coal for chemical use, the points that need to be focused on are size, ash, strictly controlled moisture of and absence of fine slime in product; and for the nonmetallurgical coal producer, efforts should be made to explore the feasibility of producing the coal for chemical use. The suggestions made can help further extend the supply channels of such coal, leverage the advantages of coal resource, improve carbon fixing property of chemical products, and reduce the reliance on imported oil and gas. Moreover, the adoption of the proposed schemes can also help the coal industry to increase the overall raw coal treatment rate and promote clean and high-efficiency utilization of coal.
