    反击锤式破碎机箱体启闭机构的设计及运动和静力分析

    Kinetic and static analysis of the designed impact-hammer crusher casing open/closing mechanism

    • 摘要: 为满足反击锤式破碎机检修的工作要求,设计了配备液压系统的箱体启闭机构,明确了其基本结构和工作原理。为保证该启闭机构安全可靠,采用解析法建立了机构的位置方程,基于运动分析和静力分析分别求解了开箱油缸的行程和传动压力角与箱体开启角度的关系,开箱油缸推拉力和铰支座约束力与箱体开启角度的关系,以及强度校核所需运动副静力负荷参数。分析求解的结果表明:启闭机构要实现35°的开启角度,开箱油缸的安装距应小于817.63 mm,伸长值应大于1 219.76 mm,且随着箱体开启角度增大,油缸推拉力压力角变大,传动性能变差;活动箱开启角度在31°左右时,油缸所受压力较小,在箱体结构上增加保护支撑,即可实现双层安全防护;进料箱体开启角度在25°左右时,箱体的质心正好在开箱铰接点的正上方,油缸不受力,安全性较好,铰链销轴受到的剪切力刚好为进料箱体的重力,销轴的安全系数可以用进料箱的重力进行校核。最终设计的机壳启闭机构结构简单,箱体开启角度范围大,箱体检修开启状态下油缸受力为最小值,安全性较高,可推广应用于相似重型破碎装备。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the requirements in making maintenance of impact-hammer crusher, a hydraulically-actuated crusher casing open/close mechanism is developed. The basic structure and operating principle of the mechanism are introduced. For ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the mechanism, the position equation of the mechanism is established with analytic method. Kinetic and static analysis is made with an aim to determine the relationship between the stroke and transmission pressure angle of the casing opening cylinder and casing opening angle, the relationship between the casing opening angle and the cylinder′s push-pull force and force of constraint of pivot support, and the static load parameters of the motion pair for strength verification. Solution and analysis indicate that for enabling the mechanism to achieve a 35° opening angle, the cylinder′s retraction and stretching-out values are required to be 817.63 mm and 1 219.76 mm, respectively; with the increase of the opening angle of the box, the pressure angle of the cylinder′s push-pull force increases, deteriorating the transmission performance; when the opening angle of the movable box is around 31°, the pressure on the cylinder becomes smaller, and a double safety protection can be ensured if protective support is fitted on the box structure in this case; when the opening angle of the feed box is around 25°, the centroid of the box is directly above the pivoting point, providing safety protection in this case, owing to the facts that the cylinder is under no pressure, the shear force to which the pivot shaft is subjected is exactly the gravity of the crusher′s feed box, and the safety coefficient of the pivot shaft can be checked by the gravity of the feed box. The casing open/close mechanism in finalized design features a simple structure and a wide range of opening angles. When the casing is opened for maintenance, the cylinder is subjected to a minimal pressure, making it possible to provide a much improved safety protection. The mechanism can be widely used on similar heavy-duty crushing equipment.
