    Technological Innovation of the washing processes and equipment of the anthracite coal washery

    • 摘要: 针对晋城矿区无烟煤选煤厂加工品种多、工艺相对复杂的现状,总结了煤炭加工利用分公司专业重组以来在块煤预排矸、柔性脱粉、重介质旋流器改进、煤泥浮选、狭窄空间高效筛分、块煤品种细化等方面取得的成功经验,及其对提升洗选效率和经济效益、适应市场变化起到的积极推进作用,为今后无烟煤选煤厂的建设与发展提供了有益参考与借鉴。

       

      Abstract: The anthracite coal washery in Jincheng Mining Area is currently producing diverse products to cater to the needs of different users using comparatively complex washing processes. The paper presents an introduction to and a summary of the successful experiences gained by the Coal Processing & Utilization Branch(PCUB) since its reorganization in innovation of the aspects covering preremoval of gangue from lump coal, flexible fine coal removal process, improvement of heavy medium cyclone, fine coal flotation, realization of high-efficiency screening in limited space, and making fine size grading of coarse coal products, as well as the proactive driving role played by PCUB in improvement of washing efficiency and economic performance and adaptability to variation of market needs. The innovation work made may serve as a valuable reference for the construction and development of anthracite coal washery in the future.
