    太行钢铁选煤厂生产调试中存在的问题及解决措施

    Solutions to the problems encountered by Taihang Iron and Steel Coal Preparation Plant in commissioning and trial operation of washing systems

    • 摘要: 针对太行钢铁选煤厂工艺系统调试及试生产过程中出现的粗煤泥分选效果差、中煤矸石脱水筛筛下水管堵塞、低压风系统噪声大等问题,通过综合分析研究,实施了相应的改进措施。通过调整螺旋分选机入料浓度、入料压头,优化中矸脱水筛筛下漏斗稀释水管布置,改造低压风管路系统,增加风包隔音罩等,解决了调试过程中出现的问题,缩短了调试时间,确保了选煤厂顺利投入生产。该厂工艺系统调试经验可为其他同类型选煤厂设计建设提供有益的参考。

       

      Abstract: The problems encountered by the plant during the course of carrying out commissioning and trial operation of washing systems include unsatisfactory coarse slime separation effect, blocking of water collection pipe under the middlings-refuse dewatering screen, and big noise of low-pressure air system in operation. Based on comprehensive analysis and investigations, corresponding measures are taken to deal with the situation. The measures adopted include adjustment of spiral separator′s feed density and pressure, optimization of layout of the funnel-formed drainage pipe beneath the middlings-refuse dewatering screen, renovation of piping of air system and addition of sound-damping material on compressed air receiver. The implementation of the targeted measures has led to shortening of commissioning time and smooth operation of the washing systems of the plant. The work made by the plant may serve as a valuable reference for design and construction of similar plants.
