    风力干选机在小河嘴煤矿原煤预排矸中的应用

    Application of the air separator for preremoval of gangue from raw coal at Xiaohezui Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对产品煤中矸石含量过高的问题,小河嘴煤矿对原煤煤质资料进行了分析,基于原煤粒度组成和密度组成,确定采用风力干选机对原煤进行预排矸,并对风力干选机的工艺效果进行了评价,对预排矸工艺的经济效益进行了分析。结果表明:在分选密度为1.77 g/cm3时,风力干选机可能偏差为0.165 g/cm3,精煤产率为40.75%,精煤灰分为47.23%;矸石带煤率为8.99%,其中<1.4 g/cm3密度级含量仅为1.36%;排矸率为77.87%;每年可节省费用417.5万元。风力干选机可有效降低小河嘴煤矿产品煤中矸石含量并带来显著的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: To tackle the problem regarding the high content of dirts in raw coal, Xiaohezui Plant opts for the use of the air separator for preremoval of gangue from raw coal, based on result of analysis of property and both size and density composition of raw coal. It it indicated that through analysis of both technical and economic performances of the process, at a separation density of 1.77 g/cm3, the Epm is 0.165 g/cm3, with the yield and ash of clean coal being 40.75% and 47.23%, respectively; the loss of coal in discards is 8.99% with the <1.4 g/cm3 density fraction in a proportion as low as 1.36%; and the separator can work with a gangue removal rate reaching 77.87%, saving 4.175 million yuan for the plant per year. The use of the separator proves to be effective for reducing content of dirt in saleable coal and can yield significantly favorable economic result.
