    Development and application of coal jigging technology and equipment

    • 摘要: 跳汰选煤历史悠久,过去曾是最主要的选煤工艺,近二十年来随着重介和干选的快速发展,跳汰应用比例大幅下降。为扬长避短,保持跳汰的生命力,科研工作者不断进行挖潜创新,开发了多项新技术,提高了跳汰分选效果和装备性能,拓宽了其应用范围。文章介绍了跳汰选煤的发展史,阐述了当今几种常用跳汰机的技术特点,列举了一些典型应用案例,提出了需要解决的难题,并展望了跳汰选煤技术未来的发展趋势。

       

      Abstract: Washing of coal through jigging has a long history, and was once the most popular coal washing process in the past. However, over the course of the past two decades, along with the rapid development of heavy medium and dry cleaning technologies, jigging method has seen sharp decrease in proportion of application among other processes. In order to bring out the valuable parts and make up the deficiencies of jigging process, multiple new jigging technologies have been developed through incessantly tapping latent potential and making innovations by research workers. The use of these technologies has led to improvement of jigging efficiency, performance of process equipment, and expansion of scope of application of this method. Following an introduction to the course of development of jigging process, the paper goes to analyze the technical features of several commonly used jigging machines, and some typical cases of their application are cited by way of example. The bottlenecks that need to be tackled and the trend of future development of jigging process are pointed out.
