    风力干法选煤技术研究现状与展望

    State-of-the-art and future outlook of the work on pneumatic cleaning of coal

    • 摘要: 介绍了复合式干法分选、风力摇床分选、风力跳汰分选、振动逆流分选及振动螺旋分选等干法选煤技术发展历程与分选原理、技术性能及其适用性,阐述了在“双碳”背景下煤炭高效清洁干法分选技术所面临的难题与困境,提出降低分选粒度下限、提高分选精度、增强对入选原煤外在水分适应性和发展风力选煤智能化的未来干法分选技术发展方向,以为应对新形势下煤炭洗选加工难题提供了解决方案。

       

      Abstract: Following an introduction to the courses of the development of such coal dry cleaning technologies as composite separator, air table, air jig, vibrating counter-flow separator and vibrating spiral separator, as well as their respective working principle technical features and applicability, the paper goes to elaborate an the knotty problems and straits involved in the endeavour to effect high-efficiency and clean utilization of coal using the dry cleaning technologies against the backdrop of achieving the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. It points out that the future development of the dry cleaning technologies should be directed toward the following aspects: further extending down the lower size limit of separation, improving separation sharpness, enhancing adaptability to variation of surface moisture of raw coal treated and developing intelligent dry cleaning process. The study made in the paper provides a solution to the problems encountered in coal cleaning and processing under the new scenarions.
