    马头洗选厂集控系统闭锁控制方案研究与应用

    Study and application of the centralized control system′s locking control scheme at Matou Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对软、硬闭锁关系与现场要求不匹配,集控系统启停车程序冗杂等问题,马头洗选厂在对现有设备和集控系统进行重新梳理的基础上,通过优化集控系统,将软、硬闭锁间的串联改为并联,对部分关键设备增加闭锁转换开关等措施,实现了集控系统闭锁控制改造。马头洗选厂集控系统闭锁控制改造全程由该厂工程技术人员完成,节约改造费用约50万元;改造后每年减少人工费用约5万元,且缩短了因部分设备故障导致的设备空开时间,避免了产品质量波动,助力了选煤厂安全生产。通过对闭锁关系的研究改造,马头洗选厂实现了设备在任意状态时均有闭锁关系控制,有效增强了设备闭锁关系的实用性和安全性,同时为选煤厂集控系统闭锁控制方案改造提供了新思路,也可为其他选煤厂提供有益参考。

       

      Abstract: The centralized control system currently applied by Matou Plant cannot meet the actual needs of the plant′s coal washing operations because of the mismatched relationship between the hard and soft locking control systems as well as the diverse and complicated procedures for the centralized control system (CCS) to carry out start/stop of equipment. To deal with the situation, work is made on technical transformation of the CCS′s locking control mode, based on an reinvestigation of the CCS and the coal washing equipment in current use. Through optimization of CCS, switching the connection of hard and soft locking systems from a series to a parallel mode, and adding change-over switches on part of key equipment, the transformation work has been successfully made by the technical personnel of the plant. The transformation has led to a save of around 0.5 million yuan of transformation cost, a cut of 50,000 yuan of labor cost per year, shortening of idle-running time of equipment caused by mechanical failure of some equipment, prevention of fluctuation of quality of clean coal products and greater safety of overall plant operations. After the soft and hard locking systems are in correct relationship, all the equipment of the plant can be put under proper pocking control irrespective of their operating state, effectively enhancing as a result the practically and safety of equipment locking operations. The transformation work made by Matou Plant provides a new thought and also valuable reference for other plants to make similar transformation work.
