    我国智能化选煤厂技术发展与展望

    Advance and future outlook of the technologies for development of intelligent coal preparation plants in China

    • 摘要: 作为煤炭行业数字化转型的重要环节,选煤厂智能化建设已经从单一设备自动化向整体智能化、数字化、网络化方向发展,正在推动行业逐步实现从传统劳动密集型到新质生产力的跨越。当今智能化选煤厂技术的发展主要体现在自动化、信息化、智能化三方面,通过采用先进技术和设备,如自动化控制技术、物联网技术、新型智能设备与技术、大数据与人工智能技术、智能选煤生产管理平台等,显著提升了选煤过程部分环节的高效、精准控制,提高了选煤效率和产品质量。经过多年的发展,煤炭行业在智能化道路上取得了显著的成就,但同时也暴露出一些问题:部分基础设备难以满足智能化生产管理需求,部分技术实用性不足,工艺技术管理普遍缺乏重视,智能化技术可复制性差、应用深度不足,而且面临人才短缺的问题和技能提升的挑战。下一步智能化选煤厂的技术研发和建设方向主要是实现“透明工厂”“黑灯工厂”和高效工厂,为选煤产业升级提供可靠保证。为实现这些目标,智能化技术需从服务于选煤厂的机电运维、工艺管理和安全保障三方面入手,在以下几个方面进行突破:利用智能感知技术,实现选煤生产系统的全方位参数采集和分析;开发设备全生命周期管理技术在煤炭行业的应用,包括设备故障诊断模型、智能巡检系统、AI图像识别技术监测装置、智能供配电系统和设备管理平台等;在传感器技术和智能控制技术方面加大研发力度,建立高可靠智能过程控制系统;打造选煤专家系统,利用计算机技术和大数据分析,对生产进行智能监控与优化。我国的智能化选煤厂已经完成了从无序扩张到以评分为核心的转变,目前正处于一个新的发展阶段。只要能够把握当前机遇,妥善应对各种挑战,并且持续进行技术的革新和应用的精细化,相信智能化选煤厂的发展必将为我国煤炭行业的发展作出贡献。

       

      Abstract: As an important link in digital transition of the coal industry, the development of intelligent coal preparation plant in China has evolved from the process of realizing automation of single equipment to the stage of turning the plants into intelligent, digital and networked ones, pushing the coal industry to become a new quality productive force from one with traditionally labor intensive operations. Currently, the technologies for the development of an intelligent plant are mainly centered on three aspect: i.e. automation, informationization and intelligentization. Thanks to the use of advanced technologies and equipment, such as automatic control, Internet of Things, smart equipment, big data and AI, intelligent plant operation management platform, etc., part of the coal cleaning processes has been made possible to operate with a high efficiency under accurate control, leading to improvement of both operating efficiency and quality of products. Through the development over the past years, the efforts made by the coal industry in this respect all the way have yielded notable results. Nevertheless, some problems as follows have been revealed in the meantime: some infrastructures cannot meet the requirements for management of a smart plant; some technologies lack practical applicability; no great importance is accorded to the management of some of the process technologies; low rendition and lack of intensive application of intelligent technologies; lack of talents and the challenge posed by the need to raise technical skills. The technological research and development work in the future will be directed to turning coal preparation plants to a transparent, unattended and highly efficient plants so as to provide a reliable guarantee for plants to make technical upgrading. To achieve these objectives, the use of intelligent technology in electrical and mechanical equipment operation and maintenance management, coal cleaning process management and safety management should be taken as the entry point, and technical breakthroughs are required to be made in the following areas: collection and analysis of global parameters of coal cleaning systems by means of intelligent sensing techniques; development of equipment full life cycle management technology for use in coal sector, including, among others, equipment failure diagnosis model, intelligent patrol inspection system, AI-based image recognition technology and detection device, intelligent power supply and distribution system and management platform; strengthening the efforts in research on sensing and intelligent control technologies and development of highly reliable intelligent process control system; and development of coal preparation expert system for realizing intelligent monitoring and control and optimization of coal cleaning operations based on computer technology and big data analysis. The development of intelligent coal preparation plant has undergone the transition from expansion in disorder to the level rated by scores, and is currently in a new development stage. Provided that the opportunity is seized, the various challenging problems are properly tackled, technical innovations are incessantly made and the technologies are applied in an elaborate manner, the development of intelligent coal preparation plant can surely make remarkable contributions to the growth of China′s coal sector.
