    基于Python的选煤厂生产数据实时报送系统开发

    Development of the Python-based coal preparation plant′s production data real-time reporting system

    • 摘要: 传统的选煤厂生产数据报送方式耗时耗力,数据的时效性、准确性、完整性和真实性无法保障,且缺乏深入分析,无法与当下流行的即时通讯软件进行数据通讯。为此,在确定采集目标和数据需求的基础上,基于OPC协议和WebSocket协议,通过建立MySQL数据库、选择合适的Python库、编写数据采集代码,并选取合适的即时通讯软件,对选煤厂生产数据实时报送系统进行了开发。选煤厂生产数据实时报送系统可实现如下功能:自动采集和传输数据;提取数据中的关键信息和规律,并对数据进行处理和分析;自动生成生产报告和统计分析报告,并通过即时通讯软件将生产数据自动推送至相关人员,从而保证数据报送的实时性与共享性。该生产数据实时报送系统可为后续选煤厂的智能化升级改造提供数据支撑。

       

      Abstract: The production data reporting system traditionally used by coal preparation plant is labor-intensive and time-consuming and the data is reported without going through in-depth analysis. Moreover, the timeliness, accuracy, completeness and plausibility of the data cannot be ensured, thus making it impossible to carry out data communication with the real-time communication software currently in popular use. To deal with this situation, a real-time production data reporting system is specifically developed according to targets for data collection and data requirements, and through creation of MySQL database based on OPC and WebSocket protocols, selection of suitable Python library, writing of data collection code, and selection of instant communication software. The system developed can perform the following functions: automatic data collection and transmission, extraction of key information and regularity of data, data processing and analysis, automatic generation of production and statistical analysis reports and sending them automatically via communication software to personnel concerned to make sure the data is reported in a real-time manner for sharing. The development of the system can provide data support for other coal preparation plants to enhance intelligent level.
