    浮选智能加药系统在潘集选煤厂的研究与应用

    Study and application of intelligent flotation reagent dosing system at Panji Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了稳定浮选系统工况,提高浮选效率,满足浮选产品高效精准控制的需求,潘集选煤厂通过在入浮管道上安装入浮矿浆浓度计和流量计,实时在线监测入浮煤泥水浓度和流量,自动计算入浮干煤泥量;安装精煤矿浆灰分仪和尾煤图像识别仪,自动检测浮选精煤灰分和尾煤灰分;采用计量泵作为浮选药剂精准高效添加的执行机构,基于干煤泥量的前馈控制和基于浮选精煤灰分、尾煤灰分的闭环控制,建立了浮选智能加药系统。实践表明:与人工加药方式相比,浮选智能加药系统的药剂用量节约了10%以上,精煤合格率由60%提高至95%及以上,浮选精煤产率提高了约0.2个百分点,年可节约成本87.55万元。浮选智能加药系统的应用提升了浮选的智能化程度,提高了浮选精煤的质量以及浮选效率,降低了企业用人成本,保障了职工身体健康。

       

      Abstract: In order to stabilize working condition of flotation system, improve flotation efficiency and meet the requirement for making efficient and accurate control of products, an intelligent flotation agent dosing system capable of performing the following of functions is applied at Panji Plant: real-time online monitoring of density and flow of pulp using densimeter and flowmeter fitted on feed pulp pipe; automation calculation of mass of dry coal in flotation feed; automation detection of ash contents of both concentrate and tailing products using concentrate ash monitor and tailings image identification instrument; effecting efficient and accurate dosing of reagent using metering pump as actuating mechanism; and execution of feedforward control based on mass of dry coal and closed-loop control based on ash contents of concentrate and tailing products. Field application shows that compared to the manual dosing mode, the use of the intelligent system can lead to reduction consumption of reagent by over 10%, an increase of qualification rate of concentrate from 60% to a level even exceeding 95%, a rise of yield of concentrate product by 0.2 percentage points, a save of operating costs by 875,5000 yuan a year, enhancement of intelligent level of flotation process, improvement of flotation efficiency and concentrate quality, reduction of labor costs, and improvement of health of operators.
