三产品智能干选设备的开发与试验

    Development and verification test on the intelligent three-product dry separator

    • 摘要: 为解决传统两产品智能干选设备在分选中间密度级含量高的原煤时,易造成资源浪费、降低企业经济效益等问题,在传统两产品智能干选设备的基础上,通过增设CCD相机,将传统的单一X射线识别改进为X射线与图像耦合识别,并采用双拼式大型带式布料器的“面式”布料以及两种具备明显差异喷吹力的双排阵列式喷嘴,实现了三产品智能干选设备的设计,而后对其分选效果进行了相关的验证试验。结果表明:耦合识别不仅可有效识别出精煤、中煤和矸石,而且对三种物料的识别准确率均可达90%以上,识别效果良好;“面式”布料的布料效果良好,双排阵列式喷嘴对物料的分离精度较高,基本与识别准确率一致;相较两产品智能干选,三产品智能干选既能保证精煤和矸石的发热量满足质量要求,又能回收一定量的中煤,分选效果更好。

       

      Abstract: For treating the raw coal containing a high proportion of intermediate-density materials with the use of conventional intelligent two-product dry separator, it is liable to result in waste of coal resource and cutdown of economic income of coal preparation plant. To cope with this situation, a novel intelligent three-product dry separator is developed based on the two-product version. The separator features the use of a CCD camera, and an X-ray and image combined identification system instead of the traditionally used simply X-ray system, the face fabric for the large belt-type double-split feed coal distributor, and double-row array nozzles with distinctively differential blowing forces. Verification test on its performance shows the clean coal, middling and reject can be effectively identified with an identification rate for each material being over 90%, the coal distributor can work with a satisfactory result, and the use of the special nozzles can lead to a much higher separation precision, basic consistency with recognition accuracy. Compared with the two-product version, the use of the three-product separator developed works remarkably well for its possibility to fully meet the required calorific values of clean coal and reject, and recover a certain amount of middling product.
