不连沟煤矿选煤厂煤泥水智能加药系统的设计与应用

    Design and application of the intelligent agent dosing system in coal slurry water treatment process at Buliangou Mine′s Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 不连沟煤矿选煤厂在煤泥水处理过程中药剂添加量的调整仍主要依赖人工经验,缺乏监测设备,导致无法实时调整加药量,进而影响了煤泥水沉降效果和浓缩池分层效果的观察与评估。针对上述问题,设计了一套智能加药系统:该系统分为数据采集层、数据层、逻辑控制层和智能决策层;通过加装流量计、浓度计、泥水界面仪和浊度计,实现对浓缩池入料流量、入料浓度、溢流水浊度和澄清区高度等关键数据的采集;通过智能浓缩加药看板能够实时监控加药装置的运行状态;基于TCN-BP算法构建了智能浓缩加药模型,实现对最优加药量的智能预测。生产实践表明:智能加药系统投用后,系统仪表的测量值与人工测量值高度吻合,浓度计和泥水界面仪的测量值与人工测量值的绝对差值平均为6 g/L和0.12 m;实现了浓缩环节的智能加药,有效降低了药剂消耗量,年节约药剂成本16.54万元,同时提高了生产效率并减少了人工成本,岗位工人数量由2人降至1人,为选煤厂的智能化建设奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: The dosing amount of agent in Buliangou Plant′s coal slurry water treatment process cannot be adjusted in a real time manner due to heavy reliance on experience of operators and unavailability of monitoring system, affecting, therefore, observation and evaluation of slurry settling and thickener′s demixing affects. To address the issues, an intelligent agent dosing system is developed. The system is comprised of the data collection layer, data layer, logic control layer and intelligent decision-making layer. Coupled with the use of flowmeter, densometer, slime-water interface meter and turbidometer, the system can execute collection of thickener′s key data, such as its feed rate, feed concentration, overflow turbidity and height of clarified layer as well as real-time monitoring and control of running state of agent dosing devices with the help of the system′s display interface. And intelligent prediction of agent dosing amount can be made with the intelligent agent dosing model constructed based on TCN-BP algorithm. Field application of the system shows that the values measured by the system′s meters are in good agreement with the manually measured values, and the absolute values measured by the densometer and slime-water interface meter differ with the manually measured values by 6 g/L and 0.12 m, respectively, on average; and the use of the system has led to possibility to make intelligent adding of agents, effective reduction of consumption of agents, a save of cost of agents amounting to 165 400 yuan a year, improved slurry water treatment efficiency and cut of labor cost for only one operator is required instead of two, thus laying a solid foundation for intelligent development of the plant.
