智能重介质分选系统的研究与应用

    Study and application of the intelligent heavy-medium coal separation system

    • 摘要: 针对传统重介质分选系统悬浮液密度波动大、产品质量不稳定、人工调节滞后、控制水平落后等问题,下峪口煤矿选煤厂结合自身实际情况,研发了一套基于模糊控制的智能重介质分选系统。该系统分为设备层、控制层和决策层;以悬浮液密度偏差、密度偏差变化和磁性物含量、合格介质桶液位为输入,分流阀开度和补水阀开度为输出;通过输入数据的模糊化处理、模糊推理和输出结果的精确化计算,实现了重介质分选系统的智能控制。实践表明:智能重介质分选系统的投用精煤产率提升了1.43个百分点;智能控制模式下的密度控制精度明显提高,悬浮液密度波动从手动控制模式下的±0.04 g/cm3降低至±0.005 g/cm3;同时,控制稳定性优于手动控制模式,悬浮液密度标准差由0.016 g/cm3降至0.004 g/cm3;此外,该系统取消了现场的人工操作工序,降低了人员工作强度。智能重介质分选系统的应用,不仅实现了重介质分选过程的无人操作和智能化运行,而且有效稳定了产品质量,可为其他类似选煤厂重介质分选系统智能化改造提供有益参考。

       

      Abstract: In response to the challenges of wide fluctuation of density of medium suspension, unstable product quality, lagging of manual adjustments, and backward management level of traditional heavy medium separation systems, the Xiayukou mine coal preparation plant has developed an intelligent heavy medium separation system based on fuzzy control technology, in line with the plant′s specific conditions. The system adopts a three-tier architecture comprising equipment layer, control layer, and decision-making layer. It works with density deviation, density deviation change, and magnetic material content of medium suspension and qualified medium tank level as input data, and with openings of diversion valve and water supply valve as outputs, so as to realize intelligent control of heavy medium separation process through fuzzification of input data, fuzzy inference and precise computation of output results. Practice results demonstrate that application of the intelligent heavy medium separation system can lead to increase of clean coal yield by 1.43 percentage points and significantly enhanced density control precisions; the density fluctuation of the suspension has decreased from ±0.04 g/cm3 in the manual control mode to ±0.005 g/cm3; the control stability is higher than that in manual operations with the standard deviation of density decreased from 0.016 g/cm3 to 0.004 g/cm3; and because of no involvement of manual operations, the labor intensity is reduced. Application of the intelligent heavy medium separation system has not only realized unmanned and intelligent separation process, but also significantly stabilized product quality. The study made in the paper provides a valuable reference for similar coal preparation plants to realize intelligent transformation of existing heavy medium coal separation system.
