原煤脱泥/不脱泥在线切换入选工艺优化实践

    Optimization practice of online switching beneficiation process for raw coal (desliming/non-desliming)

    • 摘要: 为解决新安煤业公司选煤厂因原煤煤泥含量波动大而导致的生产运行不稳定、分选效率低等问题,通过对原煤入选带式输送机机头溜槽进行改造,引用FBS流化床分选机、叠层高频振动细筛,以及对煤泥水处理系统进行优化调整,最终实现了原煤脱泥/不脱泥入选在线切换生产条件下粗煤泥分选回收效果和煤泥浮选效果的提升,有效解决了重介精煤“背灰”问题,且使材料费、电耗等生产运行成本得到大幅降低。原煤脱泥/不脱泥在线切换入选工艺大大提升了分选系统的灵活性,可为复杂煤质条件下选煤工艺优化创新提供有益参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to tackle the problems of unstable production operation and reduced separation efficiency caused by significant variations in raw coal slime content in the coal preparation plant of Xin′an Coal Industry Co. Ltd., the online switching of raw coal desliming/non-desliming beneficiation processes was achieved through transformation of the head chute of the raw coal feeding belt conveyor. By introducing the FBS fluidized separator and laminated high-frequency vibrating fine screen, as well as by transforming the coal slurry water system, the separation efficiency of coarse coal slime and flotation performance of coal slime were improved, this effectively solved the problem of “ash carryover” in dense medium cleaned coal, and significantly reduced operation costs, including material expenses and power consumption. The online switching beneficiation process between raw coal desliming and non-desliming significantly enhances the flexibility of the separation system, offering valuable insights for optimizing and innovating coal preparation processes under complex coal quality conditions.
