加压过滤机滤布结构及固定方式的改进研究

    Improvement study on the filter cloth structure and fixing method of pressure filter

    • 摘要: 为了解决目前加压过滤机滤套存在的与滤扇表面贴合度不高、单侧破损需整体更换、更换所需时间较长的问题,对加压过滤机滤布安装结构、滤扇结构及滤布固定方式进行了技术方案研究,提出将带有定位孔的单片梯形滤布在密封条和固定压板作用下,利用螺钉紧固在四周带固定槽的梯形滤扇上的改进方案。研究结果表明:改进后的滤布既可以有效避免因频繁摩擦导致的滤布破损,延长滤布使用寿命,又可以更换单片,节省滤布使用量,同时其便捷的拆装方式也可以提高滤布更换的效率。根据推算,滤布的使用寿命预计能够延长5%~8%,滤布使用量可节省10%~15%,滤布更换时间可缩短30%~40%。该研究可在一定程度上提高加压过滤机的工作效率,可降低易损件的消耗,可减少资源的浪费,也可为煤炭洗选作业提供更高效、经济、环保的解决方案,助力煤炭工业的可持续发展。

       

      Abstract: To address the current issues of inadequate surface conformity between the filter disk and filter sleeve in pressure filters, the necessity of entire replacement due to single-sided damage, and long replacement time, a study is made of the structure of both filter cloth and disk as well as the technical scheme for cloth fixation, and an improved solution is proposed that single-piece trapezoidal filter cloth with location holes is fastened with screws onto trapezoidal filter disks with peripheral fixed grooves under the action of sealing strips and fixed pressure plate. The results show that the optimized filter cloth not only can effectively avoid the damage caused by frequent friction to prolong service life, but also can be replaced by a single piece to save usage, while its convenient disassembly and assembly method also enhances maintenance efficiency. According to calculations, the service life of filter cloth is expected to be extended by 5%~8%, the usage can be reduced by 10%~15%, and the replacement time can be shortened by 30%~40%. This improvement can effectively enhance operational efficiency, reduce quick-wear parts consumption, decrease waste of resources, and provide more efficient, economical and environmentally friendly solutions for coal washing processes, playing a significant role in promoting sustainable development of the coal industry.
