选煤厂智能化建设的系统化思考与实践路径

    Systematic thinking and practical paths for the intelligent construction of coal preparation plants

    • 摘要: 为向不同基础条件的选煤厂提供差异化建设指引,基于选煤厂智能化建设的行业背景与战略意义,系统梳理了国内外选煤厂智能化领域的研究进展及现存不足;通过深入分析选煤厂智能化建设现状与核心痛点,指出在建设过程中存在技术冒进、数据孤岛、重硬轻软、人才断层、重建设轻运维五类典型误区;提出应遵循 “分类分级建设、科学顶层设计、建立长效发展保障机制、重视复合型人才培育” 四大核心建设原则;在实操层面需聚焦基础设施更新与生产环境标准化、技术合作机制构建、系统设计与施工监管优化、复合型人才培育体系构建四大核心环节;指出选煤厂智能化建设是“技术-管理-人才”协同推进的系统工程,应构建“原则-环节-路径”系统化框架,为适配不同基础条件选煤厂提供分类建设路径与基于PDCA循环的长效保障机制。文章既为行业破解“老破小”厂矿改造难题、解决复合型人才短缺困境提供了针对性方案,也为行业分级验收标准制定与高质量转型提供了理论支撑与实践参考。

       

      Abstract: To provide differentiated construction guidelines for coal preparation plants (CPPs) with varying foundational conditions, this paper systematically reviews the research progress and current deficiencies in the field of CPP intelligent construction, based on the industrial background and strategic significance of intelligent transformation. Through a deep analysis of the current development status and core pain points of CPP intelligent construction, five typical misconceptions in the construction process are identified: technological aggressiveness, data silos, overemphasizing hardware while neglecting software, talent gaps, and emphasizing construction while neglecting operation and maintenance.Consequently, four core construction principles are proposed: “classification and grading-based construction, scientific top-level design, establishing a long-term development guarantee mechanism, and emphasizing the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents”. At the practical level, the construction must focus on four core links: infrastructure upgrading and production environment standardization, establishment of technical cooperation mechanisms, optimization of system design and construction supervision, and the construction of an interdisciplinary talent cultivation system.Ultimately, this paper points out that the intelligent construction of CPPs is a systematic project requiring the coordinated advancement of “technology-management-talent”. A systematic framework of “principles-links-paths” should be built to provide classified construction paths adapted to CPPs with different foundational conditions, alongside a long-term guarantee mechanism based on the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle. This study not only offers targeted solutions for the industry to crack the transformation puzzles of “old, dilapidated, and small” plants and resolve the shortage of interdisciplinary talent, but also provides theoretical support and practical references for the formulation of industry grading acceptance standards and high-quality transformation.
