Abstract:
In the process of high-quality development of the coal industry, traditional coal preparation scheduling, due to its reliance on manual experience and lack of real-time precise control and multi-dimensional coordination, has constrained the sustainable development of coal preparation plants. To break through the aforementioned bottlenecks and support the intelligent transformation and high-quality development of the coal preparation plant, Gaozhuang Coal Preparation Plant adopted cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence, integrated existing system functions, enhanced scheduling management efficiency, and built a multi-dimensional intelligent scheduling management system. The system construction covers five core modules: integrated production control and command, product quality management and control, equipment monitoring and intelligent inspection, online data integration and analysis, and accident emergency handling. By designing and constructing equipment interlocking linkage mechanisms, a real-time coal quality data sharing platform, a bunker ash content estimation and correction model, an integrated system for online fault monitoring-voice alarm-video follow-up-intelligent inspection, a production-preparation-sales linkage mechanism, personalized customized production reports, and an emergency scheduling platform, the management model of the entire coal preparation production process was optimized. After the application of the system, the equipment accident rate significantly decreased: the monthly average accident downtime per unit was reduced from 9.7 h to 3.2 h, and the coal preparation production accident rate decreased from 0.29 h/10 000 t to 0.11 h/10 000 t; energy consumption costs were effectively controlled, with annual electricity savings of 305 000 kW·h and electricity cost savings of 244 000 yuan; product quality and clean coal yield improved simultaneously, the comprehensive clean coal yield increased by about 0.2 percentage points, generating additional annual economic benefits of 4.305 million yuan. The system has realized the transformation of the scheduling function from a single operational coordination to a multi-dimensional role as a data center, information center, safety management center, and command center. Its multi-dimensional coordination and full-process intelligent control model provides a practical example for the intelligent construction of coal preparation plants.
