基于雷达测距的非接触式溜槽堵料自动识别报警系统的研发与应用

    Development and application of a non-contact chute blockage detection and alarm system based on radar ranging

    • 摘要: 针对传统接触式溜槽堵料报警装置抗干扰能力差、误报率高、非计划停机频繁等生产难题,为适应选煤车间高粉尘、强振动、高湿度的工况环境,黄陵二号煤矿选煤厂对比了超声波、红外、雷达三类非接触监测方案的适配效果,确定选用工业雷达测距传感器作为核心监测元件,依托西门子S7-200 SMART PLC搭建延时滤波(可调时间1~20 s)的智能判别控制系统,完成了硬件配套设计、现场安装与工业试验。应用结果表明:系统稳定运行12个月,堵料报警准确率达100%,全年无误报警,传感器全程无损坏;因误报引发的非计划停机时长降低98%以上,年节约综合生产成本约100万元。该雷达监测系统无需与物料直接接触,适应性强,改造施工简单,安全与经济效益显著,可为同类选煤厂溜槽堵料监测系统改造提供成熟的技术借鉴,且后续可结合工业物联网拓展堵料趋势预警功能。

       

      Abstract: To address the production challenges associated with conventional contact-type chute blockage alarm devices, including poor anti-interference performance, high false alarm rates, and frequent unplanned shutdowns, Huangling No. 2 Coal Mine Preparation Plant compared the adaptability of three non-contact monitoring solutions—ultrasonic, infrared, and radar—under the high-dust, high-vibration, and high-humidity operating conditions of coal preparation workshops. An industrial radar ranging sensor was selected as the core monitoring component, and an intelligent detection and control system based on a Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC was developed, incorporating a time-delay filtering function with an adjustable delay of 1~20 s. The hardware configuration, on-site installation, and industrial trials were subsequently completed.The application results showed that the system operated stably for 12 months, achieving a 100% accuracy rate for chute blockage alarms, with no false alarms throughout the year and no sensor damage during the entire operation period. The duration of unplanned shutdowns caused by false alarms was reduced by more than 98%, resulting in annual savings of approximately 1 million yuan in total production costs. The radar monitoring system requires no direct contact with the material, offers strong adaptability, and is simple to install and retrofit, delivering significant safety and economic benefits. It can provide a mature technical reference for the upgrading of chute blockage monitoring systems in similar coal preparation plants. In the future, the system can also be integrated with the Industrial Internet of Things to enable blockage trend prediction and early-warning functions.
