    Analysis of the characteristics of Selian No.2 mine washery′s coal cleaning process and project construction

    • 摘要: 针对内蒙古自治区东胜煤田高头窑矿区煤质特点,结合矿区内现有选煤厂分选工艺的不足,提出了深度筛分的设计理念,在产品发热量测算的基础上,确定了色连二矿选煤厂的最佳入选下限与适宜的选煤生产工艺,在保证产品质量的前提下,做到了煤泥减量化生产,生产各项指标均达到国内先进水平,经济和社会效益良好。

       

      Abstract: In consideration of the property of the raw coal produced in Gaotou Mining Area in Dongshen coalfield, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the inadequacy of the existing coal cleaning process of the washery, the idea of the design of in-depth screening process is proposed. Through calculation of the calorific value of cleaned product, the optimum lower size limit of separation and most appropriate coal washing process are determined for the washery. Under the prerequisite of ensuring product quality, the washery is now capable of operating with much reduced volume of coal slime and all the production indices up to domestically advanced level, gaining, therefore, a favorable social and economic result.
