    Discussion on determination of coal preparation process and optimization of key process links

    • 摘要: 制定选煤工艺应综合考虑煤种与原煤煤质、产品用途及用煤标准等多种因素的影响,以简洁高效、可靠灵活作为工艺制定的基本原则,对于炼焦煤分选和动力煤分选,分别例举了几个选煤厂典型工艺范例。此外,针对高效智能选煤厂建设需求,就射线分选机排矸、难浮煤泥浮选、煤泥压滤脱水、煤泥减量化、低阶煤全粒级干选、机械手除杂以及选煤智能化等关键工艺环节提出了优化方向,并提出了应从国家或行业层面加强顶层设计以促进煤矸石高值化分质利用的思路。

       

      Abstract: For determination of coal preparation process, the influences of a multiple of factors like raw coal type and property, product use and coal use standards need to be taken into overall consideration, with, however, simplicity, high efficiency, reliability and flexibility as the basic principle. With respect to cleaning of coking and power coal, the processes applied by several coal cleaning plants are cited as typically exemplary examples. In order to meet the needs for development of high-efficiency intelligent coal preparation plants, the direction in which the optimization work should be made in the following key links is proposed — X-ray separator for gangue removal, flotation of hard-to-float fine coal, dewatering filter press, reduction of generation of coal slime; unsized low-rank coal dry separation, use of manipulator for dirt removal and intelligentization of coal cleaning plant. Moreover, it is proposed that the design work in these fields be strengthened by state and industrial levels to bring up the idea for promoting high-value utilization of coal refuse according to quality.
