    大柳选煤厂集控系统的改造实践

    Renovation of Daliu Coal Preparation Plant’s centralized control system

    • 摘要: 针对集控系统老化、与生产工艺不匹配、抗干扰能力差、功能不全、难以满足生产和管理需求的问题,大柳选煤厂对集控系统进行了升级改造:重新设计了集控系统架构,升级了硬件设备,完善了组态画面,构建了语音报警和视频监控联动系统,增加了生产管理功能和远程协助功能。改造结果表明:改造后系统运行稳定,生产时长增加180 h/a,减员12人,全年可增加经济效益约165.6万元。通过升级改造该厂集控系统更加安全、可靠、高效,保障了生产的稳定性和安全性,有效提升了该厂的自动化、信息化管理水平,经济效益得到了提升。对陇东地区同类型老旧选煤厂升级改造、管理提升具有一定的借鉴作用。

       

      Abstract: The centralized control system of Daliu Plant is an ageing system which unmatchable with the existing coal washing operations and is low in anti interference capability and incomplete in functions, making it impossible to meet the operational and management requirements. To address this issue, the system is renovated in a way as follows: redesign of the structure system, upgrading of hardware facilities, design of configuration interface, setting-up of voice alarm and video monitoring and control integrated interlinking system, and addition of management and remote supporting functions. Application of the renovated system shows that it works stably, enabling the plant to operate with an extended time of 180 hours a year, reduce 12 operators and gain an additional annual economic revenue of 1.66 million yuan. The system proves to be safe, reliable and highly effective, enhancing, as a result, the automation and informationization level and economic performance of Daliu Plant. The renovation work made may serve as a valuable reference for the old and outdated plants in Longdong area to make similar renovation or upgrading work.
