    • 摘要: 为降低刮板输送机在运行过程中出现拉斜、断链、跳链等故障的频率及处理响应时长,进而减少因处理刮板输送机故障不及时而导致的生产事故,马头洗选厂安装应用了刮板输送机故障检测系统。该系统通过集成防爆智能AI相机,构建了针对刮板输送机的图像识别模型,并与现有的集控闭锁系统实现整合,从而实现了对常见故障的实时检测、报警、设备停机等功能。实践表明,3113#矸石刮板输送机在安装应用该系统后,故障发生频率及事故影响的生产时长均有显著下降;根据改造后2024年3月份的统计数据,与改造前2023年12月份的数据相比,因刮板输送机故障导致的事故处理时长缩短了2.5 h,设备空转电费节约约12000元,材料更换成本降低约14400元。刮板输送机故障检测系统的成功应用,表明了该系统在降低管理成本、生产成本及故障相关风险方面的有效性,为后续其他设备的故障检测改造提供了宝贵的实践经验。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the frequencies of faults caused by, for instance, misalignment, breaking and skipping of chains in operation and shorten the response time for trouble-shooting, for reducing, hence, the accidents that may occur due to failure to take timely remedial measures, a scraper conveyor fault detection system is applied at Matou Plant. With the use of the integrated explosionproof intelligent AI camera, an image identification model is development for the system. The system is integrated with the plant′s existing blocking system under centralized control, and is capable of performing monitoring, alerting and equipment shutdown functions in a real-time manner. Practice shows that with the use of the system, the number of faults and the shutdown periods of the 3113# refuse conveyor are both greatly reduced. Statistical data recorded in March, 2024 showed that in comparison with the data recorded in December 2023 before the use of the system, the time for fault clearance, the expense of power for idle running and the costs for replacement of parts of conveyors had seen sharp declines by 2.5 h, 12,000 yuan and 14,400 yuan, respectively. Successful application of the system well demonstrates its effectiveness in reduction of management and operating costs and fault-induced risks, as well as provides valuable experience for the detection of faults of other equipment.
