Homogenization of clean coal at Chaili coal preparation plant-study and practice

In order to tackle the problems relating to the non- uniformity of proportioning of clean coal blends and instability of quality of blended clean coal product,a series of homogenization measures is adopted by the plant,including strict control of ash and moisture of each clean coal blend,in the light of the specific condition. The efforts have met with success and a composite clean coal product with stable ash and moisture has been obtained.
