Application of the elastic-rod screenplate at Heidaigou coal preparation plant and analysis of its operating performace

In order to adapt to the change of the current coal market and optimize the structure of the commercial coal,technical upgrading work was made on a kind of elastic- rod screenplate previously used with an aim to optimizing its structure for suiting to the needs of the cleaning process. Result of industrial test made with the structurally optimized screenplate indicates that no negative effect can be observed following the use of the screenplate. Contrarily,the output of the plant’s Zhun 2# saleable coal is noticeably increased. This produces an obviously positive effect for the improvement of the plant ’s economic performance due to the fact that,under the current market situation,Zhun 2#coal product can find a larger marketing space and can be sold at less reduced price.
