    Analysis on the effect of the application of the DZFH24-20-60 electromagnetic vibrating sieve bend

    • The coal slime is found to be relatively low in ash partly because of the frequent jamming- up of the rake of the thickene——a trouble faced by Huabaogou Coal Washery in dewatering and recovery of coarse slime. To cope with this situation,work is made on the renovation of the coarse coal slime dewatering system through the use of the DZFH24- 20- 60 electromagnetic vibrating sieve bend. As compared with the vibrating sieve bend previously used,the application of the electromagnetic vibrating version has led to an increase of sieving efficiency by 11. 11 percentage points,an increase of the yield of the retained product by 2. 31 percentage points and a drop of the ash of the retained product by 0. 24 percentage point,as well as an enhancement of both quality and yield of the clean coarse slime product. With the use of the novel sieve bend,the trouble arising from the jamming of the rake of the thickener has been thoroughly eliminated.
