Readjustment and optimization of the drum-type coal slime thermal drying system at Yanzishan coal preparation plant

To cope with the problem encountered at the plant,such as high moisture of dewatered product,inconsistency of feed and fluctuation of performance of drying system,an analysis is made of the effect of feed rate and moisture on performance of thermal drying system,and based on the analysis,the relationship between the boiler temperature and dryer feed conditions is finally defined. Though making according readjustment of the boiler temperature,a stable and improved performance of the thermal drying system is ensured. This has brought forth a favorable economic result.
