The improvements made through implementation of the scheme for rectification and reform of cleaning system at Liyang coal preparation plant

To cope with the troubles facing Liyang Coal Preparation Plant in its primary washing system,reform work is made on the media solids recovery and slurry treatment system following an analysis of the plant’s current status and specific site conditions. The reform made has brought about substantial improvements:higher stability of flotation circuit; an increase of raw coal treating capacity from 320 t/h to 420 t/h; a rise of the yield of composite clean coal by 3. 90 percentage points and a sharp decrease of operating cost.
